Cancellation Policy:

You can cancel an order until it has not been packed in our Warehouse by calling us on our customer support number. This includes items purchased on sale also. Any amount paid will be credited into the same payment mode using which the payment was made.

I just cancelled my order. When will I receive my refund?

For payments made via Credit Card, Debit Card, Net Banking, you will receive refund into the source account within 15 days from the time of order cancellation.

How To Return /ExchangeAn Item

EGstore 30 day returns and exchange policy gives you an option to return or exchange items purchased on egstore within 30 days of receipt of the item. Returns and Exchanges are accepted/valid only under two conditions.

-Case 1: If you have received the damaged product

-Case 2: If you have been delivered wrong item

For Return/Exchange:

Under both the cases (1 & 2), item must be in its original unused condition for returns/exchanges, unless there is a manufacturer defect. You must return/exchange the item within 30 days of your purchase.

Follow the following steps to return the product to us:

1. Please initiate return/exchange request by contacting our customer support teams through Contact Us page.

2. Our team will send you the Email confirming your return/exchange request.

3. Once your request is confirmed, kindly self ship the product back to us.

4. Please pack the product and ensure product is unused and all the tags are intact. Include in your package a signed letter stating the reason for your return and the original receipt. Address the package on the address mentioned below.

5. We will send you a confirmation email as soon as we receive the shipment at our warehouse.

NOTE: NO PRODUCTS SHALL BE ACCEPTED IF THE WARRANTY CARD IS MISSING WHILE RETURN OR EXCHANGE OF THE PRODUCTS.

6.Once we receive your returned product, we will do a quality check of the product at our end and once product passes the quality check your request for refund or exchange will be initiated.

-In case of refund, we will credit the amount you paid for the products into the refund mode selected at the time of initiating return request.

-In case of exchange,you will be provided with a replacement of the item, free of cost. However all exchanges are subject to stock availability and subject to your address being serviceable for an exchange. If you choose to exchange an item, our delivery representative will deliver the new item to you.Please note that we are only able to offer same product changes. If you wish to exchange your item for an alternative product, we suggest that you return it to obtain refund and purchase the new item separately.

7.If the picked up product does not pass the quality check, we shall ship it back to you.

Return Exceptions

Some items can not be returned if they are opened.

Items that has been used, or altered will not be accepted for return or exchange.
