We strive to deliver products purchased from EGStore on the committed time and quality, however under certain circumstances which are beyond our control,EGStore will not be liable for delays in delivery or for failure to perform its obligations due to causes beyond its reasonable control including, but not limited to, product allocations, material shortages, labor disputes, transportation delays, unforeseen circumstances, acts of God, acts or omissions of other parties, acts or omissions of civil or military authorities, Government priorities, fires, strikes, floods, severe weather conditions, computer interruptions, terrorism, epidemics, quarantine restrictions, riots or war. EGStore’s time for delivery or performance will be extended by the period of such delay or EGStore may, at its option, cancel any order or remaining part thereof, without liability by giving notice to Customer.We will refund complete order amount or the part of the order that has been cancelled including any shipping charges.

-All orders are delivered within the delivery time as mentioned under Delivery Time head with each product description.
-If you have ordered multiple products either from same vendor or different vendor, the orders may reach you separately/on different times depending on the products.
- For TIER 2 and TIER 3 cities, please assume that delivery time may be additional 1-2 business days.
- For North East and remote areas please assume that delivery time will be additional 5-7 business days as compared to other areas.
A) Across India
We charge a very nominal shipping fee for all orders below INR 999 across India. The rate charged for the shipping of your order is based on the weight of your products, and your shipping location in India. Before the final checkout page you will be shown the total cost of shipping.
For orders above INR 999, the shipping in India is done free of cost.
B) International Shipping
We ship product to most of the countries across the globe.However for all order to be shipped outside India, there are additional shipping charges. Please contact our customer support team through our Contact Us page or email us email@example.com to confirm postage charges.
-Once the order is shipped by EGStore, you will receive an email with order and tracking details.

If an item goes on back order we will ship you the part of your order that is in stock. When the item becomes available we will ship you the rest of your order. You will not be charged any additional shipping and handling for the second shipment.
Change in Delivery Address after placing order
You can modify the shipping address of your order before we have processed (packed) it, by calling our custom support number.
